Waiting

Waiting, Waiting paitently

Waiting here so gracefully

For the World to see me

For it to let me be me

I'm not a goth, emo, or prep

so don't put me on that step

I'm not a stoner or a jock

so don't put me in that stock

Just let me be

More than what you see

For more than just a face

Let me have my own place
